In 1979 I began a series of paper pieces, (and some on canvas) which were
based on images seen on television. I worked on this series on and off,
through the mid 80's.  The images I chose, came from commercials, old
movies, news programs and weekly shows.  These images were done in
Prisma Color pencils and acrylic paint. To develop the images I used horizontal
lines to emphasize the scan lines of the cathode ray.
